Our UK retreats unfold in the quiet beauty of the West Sussex countryside, blending spiritual practice, wellness, and deep rest. Through gentle rituals, movement, reflection, and nourishment, each retreat offers space to reset, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Alongside our wellness retreats, we offer compatibility based retreats that hold the same spiritual and healing foundations simply with added intention. Using thoughtful compatibility approaches, we curate highly aligned groups, creating a retreat experience where connection feels natural, easeful, and deeply supportive.
Key Offerings & Practices
Our retreat home is spread across three beautifully restored spaces. The Barn, the Cottage, and the Studio set within the rolling countryside of West Sussex. Original features, natural textures, and soft, considered details create a sense of understated luxury and ease.
The accommodation includes six private double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to balance privacy with a shared retreat atmosphere. There are six bathrooms in total, including four en-suite bathrooms and two shared family bathrooms, all designed for comfort and relaxation.
Each room offers a peaceful place to rest and unwind, with quiet surroundings, gentle light, and the feeling of being held by nature throughout your stay.
Rooms are allocated on a first-come basis. If you have a strong preference or specific needs, you’re welcome to note this at booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Location & Amenities
Venue: Beautifully converted luxury barn in West Sussex.
Amenities: Access to the Jacuzzi (for soothing relaxation) and Ice Bath (for invigorating reset) throughout the retreat.
